Forever Free Fireworks 1998

McKinney's Forever Free celebration started with a bang instead of ending that way, like most July 4th fireworks shows do. Mother Nature in all her glory was the culprit, She brought us some dark clouds that both got the crowd wet, and caused the fireworks to be canceled as well.

Below are some photos that McKinney Net's Staff shot before the clouds arrived.

Oh..Say can you see, By the dawns early light...

The National Anthem was sung and the crowd was ready to celebrate. The Stage was set for a family fun time for all. Clouds were there but they were still light and not too bad looking.
